Las Tortugas has been completely renovated by the owners to make the accommodation very flexible: it could be a super 5-bedroom family home, a B&B or two separate apartments for home and income.It is set in 2500 square metres of garden (just over half an acre) with stunning 360º views, notably to the sea at Garrucha to the east and the village of Mojácar and the Cabrera Mountains to the south. There are only two other houses in the immediate area of the property, the nearest being about 300 metres away. Despite its peaceful rural location, Las Tortugas enjoys a very convenient position: just ten minutes to the sea at Garrucha, 10 to Vera Pueblo, 20 to Mojácar.
