The complete kitchen, placed in the back of the room but not separated, offers all the equipment and machines to prepare light meals, including a smoke extractor. 8 bar stools are available.
The large terrasse, covered by a canopy, decorated with flower pots in the summer, invites passers by to spend some time enjoying the excellent coffee, drinks and snacks offered. The terrasse and the local are visually perceived as a single unit through sliding aluminum doors that can be fully opened. A back door leading to the ample storage area allows for a refreshing cross ventilation when the installed air conditioning system is not required.
The rustic decoration concept is kept throughout the walls, tables and chairs making the local a very pleasant room.
Opening hours and the decoration of the bar can be varied in accordance with the concept chosen.
All licensing and inspections are fully up to date allowing the new owners to concentrate on their guests from the first day on.
