This successful and popular bar is located just off the busiest street in Puerto Alcudia. Close to some of the resort´s largest hotel complexes, such as Bellevue and Sea Club, the bar has been trading since 2001 under the current owners who, having opened another and different style of bar, now wish to devote their time solely to this new venture.
Occupying close to 100 m2, the bar comprises, in addition to its internal bar area, a terrace and fully equipped kitchen and store room.
The bar trades from end of March to end of October, the most recent turnover amounting to €180.000. The L-shaped kitchen, used for breakfasts, lunches and dinners, consists of 5 microwaves, bain marie, double-fryer, griddle, gas hob and 4-door fridge. In addition, there are 3 chest freezers and one other tall freezer. To the rear, there is a stock shed for beer and other items, and there is ample general storage. The bar moves an average of one barrel of San Miguel and one barrel of John Smiths per day.
It has a bottle fridge, coffee machine and grinder as well as pumps and optics etc. There is a satellite television offering SKY and Arab channels set up for sports coverage. 3 TV-sets are included in the price.
The bar is maintained to a high standard and levels of cleanliness. It also acts as a sales outlet for excursions around the island.
It is ready to take on with little additional effort. The owners, whose other bar is nearby, are willing to assist with handover and training if required.
