This charming finca is located between Arta and Son Servera in a quiet area with wonderful views of the mountains.
It has a garage for 2 cars. Terraces around the house and a covered terrace at the main entrance. Entering the house we find the kitchen with dining table, then a living room with fireplace, a multipurpose room and a cellar. Going up the staircase of the living-dining room we find the 4 double rooms, 2 with bathrooms en suite. There is an upper terrace.
Going down on the other side, we enter the laundry room, where we also find another bathroom. Next to the covered terrace there is a warehouse.
There is a large water tank that can be used as a pool. The pond water is used to irrigate the fields. Outside we find 2 water tanks for domestic use, with motor for water pressure.
There is a guest house that consists of kitchen-living room, 1 bedroom and a bathroom. It has a warehouse where tractors and utensils for the field are stored. There is a chicken coop, a birdhouse, and several plots with fruit trees. A piece of land separated from the farm, which also belongs to it, has an unfinished construction that can be converted into a house
