In terms of energy, cross ventilation passes through each apartment and makes the best possible use of sustainability and energy efficiency in each apartment as well as in every tower. Each tower's volume creates movement in the facade with landscaped landscaping on the overhangs.
The ground floor has been given generous pergolas that create some interesting landscaped landscapes where alternative spaces and places to relax are comfortable and always surrounded by water surfaces.
