With imagination we succeeded in catering for 70 at a stretch when everyone had a set menu. We were able to cater for functions like car rallies, weddings or the village fiestas, when the mayor liked to invite the local dignitaries for a slap-up meal. All the equipment is reliable and well tested and simple to use. In addition to this main kitchen, the bar also has a sink, a small dishwasher for glasses and a refrigerated cabinet under the granite counter. It has a plumbed-in Expobar espresso machine with two brew groups.

This kitchen was used for preparing desserts, serving drinks and washing glasses.
