Outstanding country estate has documented existence since the 13th century. The construction of its buildings has been carried out over the centuries.
The main building, destined at the time to house the lords, consists of a beautiful interior patio in the shape of an "L" as well as an Arab defense tower.
Authtentic oil press, chapel, circular Arab kitchen (there are only two remaining on the island) & two bread ovens.
The main house has an approximate constructed area of 4,200 m², of which 1,500 m² have been completely renovated.
All the materials used in the construction and finishes respect the past, maintaining the style of each era with antique pieces, doors, windows, iron work from the 17th century, old tile murals placed in the kitchen of incalculable value. Venetian painting and stucco, ceilings and walls with paintings from the 18th century.
There are other different buildings, old houses inhabited by collectors of olive, almond and carob trees. They have almost 400 m² each.
There is also an old waterfall mill, renovated and converted into a house of approximately 60 m².
The exteriors have been made with natural stone extracted from the same farm.
The land is made up of: perfectly delimited flat cultivation area, scrubland, hilly area, high inquilation upto 500 m high on the border with Cape Farrutx.
Trees: area of olive, fig, carob, almond, holm oak, poplar and wild olive trees, orange and tangerine orchard, vegetable and vegetable garden.
Views towards the surrounding mountains and the bay of Alcudia. Abundant water comes from 5 natural springs, which flow water all year round.
There are several reservoirs containing the water.
Due to the large extension and characteristics of the farm, excellent conditions and good prospects for hunting.
