This villa is located on the outskirts of Nerja, only a 5 minute drive in to town and a 20 minute walk away.
Built on a big plot, there is a paved area that wraps around the house with plenty of space for multiple vehicles and a spacious garage at the back. A large part of land extends down to the bottom of the plot where you have plenty of space for animals, trees or a vegetable garden amongst other things.
The house is divided in two floors with separate access to each one of them.
The main house is on the top floor, where you enter directly from the parking area. Here you will find a hall that leads to the master bedroom with walk in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom and a shared bathroom. To the right you will find a large living-dining with an open kitchen. From the dining area you can access the terrace through sliding glass doors where you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views of the mountains and right down to the sea.
Downstairs there is an individual apartment with a large living room area with an inbuilt kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom, and another room that could be used for storage, an extra sleeping space, games room, etc.
Stepping down from the terrace, or just on the apartments front door you will find a lovely pool area with a ready built shade area perfect for BBQs.
