A lovely little urbanisation built in end of 1970 on the old hanging orange groves below Mijas Pueblo. The views are simply incredible and from the balcony in the living room you can sit and contemplate life and look out over the Costa del Sol. The urbanisation is a rather small and cosy "part" of Mijas Pueblo. You turn off the road down to the coast just below Mijas Pueblo and you come straight in amongst the small townhouses. Plenty of parking and a cosy atmosphere. All houses have beautiful views because the hillside is steep. There are not steep stairs to the houses but you do have to go up a flight of stairs and down to the front door.
Up to Mijas Pueblo you have a short but rather steep walk, the village offers an incredibly cosy and classic Andalusian setting, one of the most beautiful villages on the coast. Your small urbanization where your townhouse is located can take advantage of all that the village offers but enjoy total tourist free environment but minimal disturbance from cars, bars, donkeys and all the other disturbance in the village.
This house is superb, just right for a couple in every aspect. 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor with access to the lovely and ornamental patio. On the upper level there is living room with views, fireplace and open plan kitchen. From the living room there is a small balcony to enjoy the coastal views.
The house needs an overhaul in most respects but the style, location and feel make this a really good and affordable place to be on the Costa del Sol. Invest 10,000 euros in the house and you have come a long way to your dream townhouse!
The house can also be a good capital investment and then you can easily rent it out, as it ends up at a reasonable rent level, it is attractive.
