Welcome to this little gem in the centre of the charming village of Cómpeta. Here we have a traditional village house on several floors in the older part of the village where no car traffic is allowed. Today the house houses three double bedrooms and all with bathrooms en-suite. A large spacious kitchen with plenty of room for the whole family and two lovely rooms for socialising in front of a crackling fire. On top of this we have the lovely roof terrace with seaview for cosy moments and where you can enjoy the views of the village, the mountains and lovely sunsets.
The current owners now run the property as a Boutique B&B with great success, reaching customers from all over Spain but also customers from all over Europe, who wish to enjoy the fantastic scenery, hiking in the mountains, cycling along the winding country roads or exploring one of the many restaurants that the village has to offer.
The house also has three additional rooms that can easily be converted into either a shop with a separate entrance or why not a separate living accommodation.
