The ground floor will have five suites, a hall with reception, dining-breakfast room, swimming pool with solarium, kitchen, laundry, office, bicycle room and other rooms. The lift will give access to the rest of the bedrooms, five of which are located on the first floor and two on the second floor.

The municipality of Alcudia, in the north of the island of Majorca, is a real gem thanks to its historical values and its pedestrian streets, which are worth photographing, the most welcoming places to visit and the beautiful church of Sant Jaume whose sound of bells makes you feel something special every time you are near them.
