To the right there is a corridor that leads to two double bedrooms, one of them with twin beds, and both with ceiling fans and built-in wardrobes. Between the bedrooms, there is the family bathroom.

On the ground level, there is an outside storage area ideal for bikes and gardening equipment and a utility and laundry room which can be shared by both the main property and the guest apartment. The boiler in the utility room is powered by the solar panels, which provide hot water for the whole property, although it can also be switched to gas and electricity. There is also a garage with two other storage rooms within.

All bedrooms in the main property and guest apartment have built-in wardrobes. There is gas central heating and hot/cold aircon, as well as ceiling fans, double glazing throughout, mosquito nets and persianas.
