The restoration plan contemplates the recovery of the building's two façades: the one facing Carrer Mallorca, typical of the Eixample with its balconies and balustrades, and the rear façade, which faces the interior of the block and is completely glazed. The interior courtyard and the stately entrance hall have also been carefully maintained and restored. This project is carried out with deep respect for the environment and for the architectural legacy of the Eixample.
